How To: View Employee Feedback

Why Viewing Feedback is Key to Wellbeing Support

Accessing employee feedback in MyWorkingDay provides HR teams with immediate insights into mental health and emotional states, enabling quick identification of wellbeing concerns like stress or dissatisfaction that could signal deeper psychological needs. As the app's core function revolves around feedback, this viewing capability ensures leaders can monitor trends in real-time, supporting proactive interventions to foster a mentally healthy environment without overwhelming administrative efforts. By highlighting scores and comments, it empowers organizations to prioritize employee psychological safety, reducing risks of burnout and enhancing overall team resilience

How to View Employee Feedback

To review feedback and safeguard wellbeing, log into your MyWorkingDay dashboard and select "Feedback" from the sidebar, where the last 7 days of entries load automatically for a quick overview of recent mental health indicators. Use the integrated filters to narrow results by date range, department, specific employee, or feedback levels from Very Negative to Very Positive, allowing targeted analysis of wellbeing patterns across groups. Each record displays the department, employee name, wellbeing score, and submission date; if a comment is included, it's highlighted for easy selection, revealing detailed insights into the employee's emotional context to guide supportive responses. Should anonymous reporting be enabled (See: How To: Enabling Anonymous Feedback ), those records are excluded from this view to maintain privacy, directing you instead to the dedicated anonymous feedback section (see: How to: View Anonymous feedback) for sensitive wellbeing data handling.
